- Night tour hours are from 16:30 to 20:30 every night.
- Tour Line 1 (Night Tour Line) Stops: Nanjing Road Century Square Station, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street East Station, Bund Waibaidu Bridge Station, Bund Customs House Station, City God Temple & Yu Garden Station.
- Tour Line 2 (Night Tour Line) Stops: Lujiazui Oriental Pearl Station, Jin Mao Tower, Bund Waibaidu Bridge.
- Tour Line 3 (Night Tour Line) Stops: Bund Bull Square (Waterfront Platform) Station, Oriental Pearl Radio & TV Tower (Shanghai Ocean Aquarium) Station, Jin Mao Tower (Shanghai Tower) Station.
- Tour Line 9 operates from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays). Departure times: 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00.
- Tour Line 10 operates from 09:00-21:00; during statutory holidays, it operates from 09:00-16:00.

Reminders
Before boarding, you must redeem your voucher's QR code at a designated redemption point for a paper ticket. There are two redemption points: May 30th Movement Monument Station (68 Nanjing West Road, opposite Madame Tussauds) and Oriental Pearl TV Tower Station (1416A Lujiazui Ring Road). Redemption points are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (please redeem during business hours). Present your paper ticket for verification on board.
During the 24-hour operation period after the first activation of the ticket, you can choose to take the "City Sightseeing" brand Tourism Line 1, Tourism Line 2 (Building Readable Line), Tourism Line 3, Tourism Line 9 (The Glorious City of the Original Heart), 10 tourist routes (New Era, New Shanghai), hop on, hop off.
A guide map and a pair of headphones are provided. After boarding the bus, you can scan the QR code next to the seat to listen to the explanation.

Please look for the "City Tour" brand before getting on the bus.
The original paper ticket is the travel voucher and cannot be replaced if lost. Photographs and screenshots cannot be used as travel vouchers. Please be informed.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
