If more than ten minutes are left before the meeting time, the car will leave without waiting. We have the right to transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle during the trip and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services if it is convenient for the group to operate.

This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform the tour guide in advance and obtain his consent. You must sign a departure agreement. The unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and the group fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 18 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 11 to 17 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
