On the day, there may be documentary filming by the organizers, media coverage, and recording of the performance. In addition, filming may be conducted for publication on the Cool Japan Travel website. In such cases, tour participants may be photographed. Please note.

There are lockers in the building, so please leave your luggage there.
We have wheelchairs available for loan, so please come to the General Information Desk on the 2nd floor of the museum if you would like to use one. (*Numbers are limited. We do not accept reservations for loans.)
We do not allow pets to enter the building. However, you may bring animals that are used for special care (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, etc.). In order to maintain the environment, we also do not allow plants to be brought into the building.
Taking photographs is permitted inside the building, except in designated areas. Taking videos is prohibited. Please refrain from using flash, selfie sticks, and tripods.
Photos taken outside the no-photography areas may be posted only for non-commercial purposes. Please use them at your own risk.
Strollers are not allowed in the exhibition rooms. Please park your stroller in the designated stroller parking area before entering the exhibition room.
