We are a Wagyu Yakiniku specialty restaurant serving A5-rank Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu and Wagyu tongue and fillet from 'Akamiya Koushi,' famous for its bone-in aged meat. You can enjoy 8 types of meat, including Wagyu tongue and skirt steak, seasoned and aged to perfection, starting from 5500 yen—an incredible value. Our cozy restaurant with only 6 counter seats is perfect for solo diners who want to eat without worry, and it is also ideal for private bookings. A great course at a price that you can only get at a butcher shop! When you think of yakiniku, you probably imagine grilling it yourself, but at our restaurant, staff who are well versed in meat and called butchers will carefully grill each piece on a charcoal grill in front of you, based on the concept of "yakiniku is cooking." At Yakiniku Koushi, there are some exquisite dishes that can only be enjoyed by those who order a course. One of these is the "mini hamburger." This is a specialty of our restaurant, which is particular about the meat, and the buns are also custom-made. We also offer other innovative yakiniku dishes such as miso-marinated tripe and kombu-jime striped finfish. We also have a secret menu that can only be ordered by those who have registered their email address, so please ask our staff for more information.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
