We carry on the traditional style of soba that flourished during the Edo period. The rich, sweet and savory dipping sauce pairs perfectly with our thin, smooth-textured soba noodles. Our popular 'Shrimp and Seasonal Vegetable Oroshi Tempura Seiro' follows the traditional style of dipping the tempura directly into the sauce. The crispy, light batter and seasonal vegetables further enhance the flavor of the soba. Depending on seat availability, semi-private rooms may be available for course reservations. Taking advantage of Japan's long north-south geography, we carefully select the most delicious soba noodles from all over Japan, depending on the season. We add whole-grain flour to enhance the aroma of the soba. Enjoy it with our fragrant broth and dipping sauce, meticulously crafted by our soba artisans who continuously adjust the precise proportions.
Enjoy a sophisticated soba-drinking experience, savoring sake while eating soba noodles and appetizers. "Shochu mixed with soba broth" is a specialty of our soba restaurant.
