Enjoy a luxurious banquet course featuring dishes lovingly prepared by our head chef, who has experience in sushi cuisine, using live fish delivered directly from Toyosu. Our recommendation is the "Seasonal Taste Course 6,000 yen," which includes seven recommended seasonal dishes and 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink. You can enjoy our proud sushi, as well as seasonal sashimi and grilled dishes. We also have courses suitable for various banquets. Please use them for various banquets, such as welcome parties and seasonal banquets.
The interior of the restaurant uses wood in abundance, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. There are 12 seats at the counter, which can be used for everyday use or meals with loved ones. For families or parties, we recommend various types of seating to suit the number of people, such as table seats (2-10 people), semi-private sunken kotatsu seats (3-10 people), and tatami rooms (10-30 people). Banquets can accommodate up to 30 people. You can choose the seating that best suits your occasion, from company drinking parties to special occasions such as birthdays.
Our traditional "sushi rice" has been passed down unchanged since our founding. The sushi vinegar, which is essential for making sushi rice, is made by combining vinegar (Mizkan Shiragiku and Mizkan Special Selection), kelp (Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido), sugar (sugar), and salt (seawater from the Seto Inland Sea). We use Koshihikari rice from Niigata. We purchase live fish every morning at Tsukiji Market and prepare them in Edomae style, allowing you to enjoy fresh, seasonal fish at their most delicious. Please enjoy authentic Edomae sushi, lovingly prepared by our skilled craftsmen.
Perfect for welcoming and farewell parties, cherry blossom viewing parties, and more. You can also enjoy our proud Edomae sushi through our on-site sushi service and catering. We will bring in the sushi toppings, rice, glass cases, cutting boards, and more, and visit you at your specified location, such as your home or office. Since you order your favorite toppings from our chefs, you can enjoy live fish to your heart's content, just like in our restaurant. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
