- Cancellation fees apply starting 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
