Since its opening in 1980, SABATINI di Firenze Tokyo has been serving only authentic Italian cuisine for over 30 years. In an era where countless Italian restaurants exist, this is one of the few Ristorantes that has mastered the authentic flavors that define its character. You can enjoy genuine Tuscan cuisine created by Chef Baldi, who came to Japan from the main restaurant in Florence, right here in Ginza, Tokyo.
Sabatini Tokyo purchases a large number of wines directly from Italy every year. This includes many rare and highly valued wines that are not available in Japan. Our three sommeliers will select the perfect bottle for you that day.

Our service manager, Primo Tomba, has been in the business for 60 years. He has held managerial positions at hotels and famous restaurants not only in Italy but also in France, Germany, and Switzerland. His smooth trolley service is a testament to his expert skills. The classic trolley service, which remains unchanged from the main store in Florence, is a must-try, with pasta and crepes made right before your eyes. Always striving to provide the same taste and service as in Italy, he works with Chef Baldi to bring smiles to the faces of all his guests.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
