- Luggage Size Restrictions - Standard Luggage: Maximum dimensions of 55cm x 45cm x 20cm (i.e., 22in x 18in x 8in); maximum weight of 10kg (i.e., 22lb). Hand Luggage: Maximum dimensions of 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm (i.e., 15in x 10in x 6in).
- The company reserves the absolute discretion to refuse any oversized, overweight, or extra-long luggage (where the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 120cm), or any other items deemed unsuitable for carriage. Passengers may not object. For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. For travel to/from Hong Kong International Airport, the cost is equivalent to a child ticket (or an adult ticket for routes without child fares). For travel to/from Hong Kong urban areas / Hong Kong Disneyland / Citygate Outlets, the cost is equivalent to an adult ticket.

Since the number of seats for each through train is limited, a second confirmation is required. If the selected flight is sold out, customer service will make a reservation based on the backup flight provided by the customer. If the selected flight is sold out, customer service will notify the customer.
The system and suppliers cannot make any changes, refunds, or cancellations after confirming orders and tickets.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
