Luggage regulations for tour groups: Each person is limited to one small carry-on suitcase and one carry-on backpack. If you have excess luggage, please store it in a hotel or storage point in downtown Reykjavik in advance
There is no minimum number of people required to form a group.
After payment is completed, the merchant will confirm whether the reservation is successful within 24 working hours at the latest.

During the tour, if the operator fails to pick up the group on time, you will need to call the contact number yourself or ask the hotel front desk to help you call the contact number. Please pay attention to the itinerary;
When multiple people make a reservation, the default is a multi-person room (double room, triple room). If you are booking alone, you need to pay the single room surcharge. If you make a reservation for multiple people at a time, but need to arrange a single room, you also need to pay the corresponding single room surcharge. Our customer service will contact you after your reservation;
During your trip to Iceland, if you encounter an emergency or complaint, please contact our agency in a timely manner. The local Chinese customer service phone number will be disclosed in the itinerary. The content of any complaint will be based on the content of the first contact with us.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
