No changes will be accepted starting two days before the tour. Please be sure to check when making your reservation.
When making a reservation, please **unblock 3-character KakaoTalk search**. We will send you a KakaoTalk pickup information the day before the tour, and we cannot send it through any other route. We are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise if you block the search and cannot receive pickup information, and please understand that refunds are not possible if you cannot participate in the tour.
What to bring: Sunscreen, small tips, Pink Mosque and Blue Mosque entrance fees (please bring cash to purchase on site)
Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. This is a join tour that can be booked for a minimum of 2 people and departs with a minimum of 2 people.
We are not responsible for any incorrect information (name/contact information/date of use/pickup/drop-off location/KakaoTalk ID, etc.) entered during reservation. Please provide accurate information when making reservation. If you enter incorrect information, please contact KKday Customer Service Center. Pick-up/drop-off location cannot be changed starting 3 days before the tour.
Vehicle pick-up time may change depending on hotel location, weather, and traffic. If you do not reply to the [Pick-up time information and reservation confirmation KakaoTalk] sent the day before the tour, the meeting may be delayed. Please reply, and if you do not receive the pick-up information KakaoTalk by 5 PM the day before the tour, please contact the local staff emergency contact number (010-210-6360) or KakaoTalk (kotaharu).
This tour is a joint tour. If you are late, other guests will have to wait, so please be punctual. Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes before the pick-up time. Also, tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
The schedule may change or be canceled depending on local weather and local circumstances. If it is canceled, we will notify you of the cancellation the day before the tour or before the tour starts. Please be sure to check KakaoTalk.
Please make a reservation for infants under 23 months. Infants under 23 months are free of charge, but massage is not available.
Please understand that it may be difficult for pregnant women, those with disc problems, those with spinal or back pain, or those who cannot tolerate physical strain to make a massage reservation, and that massage reservations may be cancelled on site.
If you would like a babysitter at a massage shop, please make a request via KakaoTalk after receiving the KakaoTalk message one day before the date of use. You can pay the sitter fee locally.
Bulky items such as golf clubs cannot be brought onto the vehicle. If you have bulky items, please store them at the hotel. Also, to avoid the risk of losing them, please keep your valuables with you or store them safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
This tour is an overseas tour product conducted overseas, and all responsibility lies with the local tour operator, and local insurance based on local standards is applied. Personal travel insurance is required when traveling overseas. Please be sure to sign up for personal travel insurance separately before departing from Korea.
To avoid the risk of loss, please keep your valuables with you or store them safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
