Torisee was founded in 1966 in Shijo Kiyamachi, Kyoto. Currently, the main store is located in Fushimi, Kyoto, in a renovated sake brewery belonging to the long-established sake brewery Shinsei Yamamoto Honke. Our restaurant, Kyoto Torisee Sapporo Main Store, has been established with the cooperation of Torisee Co., Ltd., a company with such a long history, and is the first store in Sapporo to specialize in chicken dishes using brand-name chicken that makes the most of Kyoto's flavors and techniques.
