We have many skilled chefs at our restaurant, and we offer not only grilled dishes, but also sushi and sashimi, all made with the freshest ingredients that are unique to Kushiro.
We gather food from local fishermen and farmers from Eastern Hokkaido and elsewhere, and serve seasonal produce as is. We also clearly state the place of origin.
At "Aburiya", the president himself cooks. Since the food is prepared right in front of you, you can enjoy your meal while talking with the customers. If you come to Kushiro, you should definitely come to "Aburiya" for a robatayaki!
With a large counter and many private rooms, you can relax whether you are visiting alone or in a group. The restaurant features original illustrations by Seigo Kijima, a picture book author well known for "The Day the Giraffe Comes" and "Polar Bear Post Office"!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
