Located a 4-minute walk from Sapporo Station, 'Nakamura' is a hidden sushi gem on the basement floor of the building. We offer a variety of seating options, including counter seats unique to a sushi restaurant, as well as horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) and tatami rooms convenient for business entertainment or dates. The horigotatsu and tatami rooms are fully private and can be connected to accommodate large banquets. Regarding online reservations, please note that your reservation will be confirmed only after we call you, in addition to the reservation confirmation display. *Please be aware that banquet and course orders cannot be made upon arrival on the day.
Instead of farmed sushi, Nakamura offers carefully selected "wild" sushi, purchasing it at the market every day, and serving each and every sushi with the chef's heart and soul. All of the ingredients are recommended, but we are especially proud of our plump conger eel and the precious Iwanai cod roe, which is low in salt and not available in the market. If you sit at the counter, we will always serve it with real wasabi. Enjoy to your heart's content the authentic sushi that is unique to Nakamura, which condenses the charm of Hokkaido.
In addition to fresh fish, we also have a wide selection of sake that goes well with sushi, with a focus on sake produced in Hokkaido. One of our special sakes is a special one made in Sapporo that has been in circulation since the Meiji era and is our signature local sake. Sake lovers should try this sake with their sushi, which has a rich aroma and a sharp taste.
Nakamura offers carefully selected flavors at a more affordable and casual price. Lunch is also very popular. We offer our signature sushi, made with fresh seasonal fish, as well as other hearty dishes at reasonable prices. Order early. We also offer great value sets and rice bowls. All meals come with a bowl of soup and a homemade dessert.
Nakamura is a hidden sushi restaurant located on the first basement floor of a building, a three-minute walk from Sapporo Station. The restaurant has a calming Japanese-style interior and offers a variety of seating options, including stately adult counter seats that are convenient for dates and business meetings, sunken kotatsu tables that can seat up to 16 people, and tatami rooms that can seat up to 12 people. Both the sunken kotatsu tables and tatami rooms are completely private, and the two rooms can be connected to accommodate large banquets. Please feel free to contact us regarding the number of people and seating preferences.

- ＜About Seat-Only Reservations＞ Sushi and sashimi contents vary by season. *Please note that course meals and banquets must be reserved at least one day in advance. We will be closed every Sunday for the time being.
- Restaurant service charge (charged separately at the time of payment for dine-in): Dinner: Appetizer fee 600 JPY (included in course meals) *The above information is for reference only. Local charges will prevail for actual costs.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
