Located near Kannai Station and Sakuragicho Station on the JR line, as well as Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line, 'Sushi Watase' is easily accessible. We focus on seasonal ingredients, offering not only sushi but also kappo-style dishes that capture the essence of the season, such as grilled items, tempura, and simmered fish. While sushi at a counter might seem intimidating, we have set reasonable prices because we want you to enjoy delicious food without any pressure, so please feel free to stop by.
Fresh seafood that has retained its flavor can be used not only as sushi, but also as tempura or grilled dishes, bringing out the natural deliciousness. As we place importance on the season, we always offer dishes that are unique to that season. Our "homemade thick omelet" is also a hidden popular menu item. Made with eight extra large eggs, it has a truly "soft and fluffy" texture. We also have a wide selection of dishes that bring out the potential of the ingredients with our homemade dashi soy sauce.
If you want to enjoy sushi, raw fish, and a la carte dishes all at once, we recommend the course meal prepared by a chef who has trained locally in Yokohama. In addition to sashimi platters, the dish of the day, and sushi, you can upgrade to include even more carefully selected ingredients, as well as grilled or boiled fish, tempura, and more. Customers are greeted by a single, heavy door that was remodeled from a storehouse. The warmth of the wood fills the interior of the calming restaurant, creating a homely atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease and comfortable. Enjoying a bowl of ramen at the zelkova counter while chatting with the owner, who is a local, is truly luxurious. Table seating is also available, so you can dine with your family or friends. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
