Native Japanese cattle have been raised in Himi for a long time for use in farming and transportation. In the Showa era, female cattle were introduced from Tajima in Hyogo Prefecture and were improved to produce Himi beef with excellent fat content. Currently, 12 farms lovingly raise 1,300 beef cattle, making Himi the No. 1 beef producing area in Toyama Prefecture.
We have a wide variety of courses, from the 3,500 yen course that lets you experience the taste of our beef shop, to the course with the finest ingredients, where you can choose between marbled and lean meat. Please enjoy the course that suits the occasion of the day.
You can relax in a private-style room that can accommodate 4 to 25 people. The teppanyaki at the counter is a special seat where you can watch the food being cooked right in front of you!
