You can order just one nigiri sushi and one roll. The contents change depending on the availability of stock at the time, but we use ingredients procured from the fish market by a fishmonger with whom we have a long relationship. For the rice, we use Koshihikari rice from Toyama, and have created a classic, old-fashioned vinegared rice. You can order your favorite ingredients at the counter seats, pick up some sashimi, and enjoy the flow of eating sushi. Enjoy at a reasonable price.
We don't offer a "chef's choice" option, but we can accommodate requests for ingredients you don't like or your children's favorites. Our restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere. - For sushi kaiseki, please make reservations by phone up to 3 days in advance. Online reservations are for seating only. Reservations for parties of 4 or more must be made by phone. Occasionally, we have had reservations issues due to customers mistaking our restaurant for a restaurant with the same name in a different area. We are located in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture.
