There are 20 kinds of gyoza, from the classic "Hamamatsu gyoza" to the Hamamatsu Grand Prix winner "Sakura shrimp gyoza"! You can also compare small portions! Prices are reasonable, starting from 280 yen! There are also plenty of local menus!
The gyoza are made with flour from Hokkaido for the skin, branded pork "Hamanako Sodate" for the filling, and cabbage delivered daily from a local contracted farmer. Gyoza craftsmen cook them to a crispy and juicy texture.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
