Our unique aging technology achieves the equivalent of over 40 days of aging in just one week. The meat has less of the strong odor or distinct flavor typical of aged meat, resulting in a finish that purely highlights the rich umami of the beef. Located in a prime spot right by Takayama Station☆ With our new-generation roasters, you do not have to worry about odors clinging to your hair or clothes, so you can enjoy Yakiniku with ease. There is a dedicated passageway, so you can enter the VIP room directly. You can also go to the toilet without passing through other rooms.
By introducing a new type of roaster, you can enjoy yakiniku with almost no smell, and the smell will not get on your hair or clothes.
Hida beef, whose quality is stable in a special aging room, is not only served in the restaurant but also sold in stores. It has less of the strong flavor and aroma that is typical of aged meat, and the finished product brings out the pure umami of the meat.
The hotel is home to the largest wine cellar in Takayama city, and offers a wide selection of fine wines and champagne.
