An experiential restaurant located on the grounds of Wakatsuru Sake Brewery
Centered around kamado-cooked rice prepared with care every morning and charcoal-grilled dishes, we offer Japanese-Western fusion cuisine incorporating smoking and fermentation techniques, allowing you to enjoy seasonal Toyama vegetables alongside fine Wakatsuru sake. As an experiential restaurant where you can enjoy a meal after touring the Saburomaru Distillery, we also offer rare spirits such as the limited-edition whisky 'Saburomaru' for you to fully enjoy. We also have a large hall that can accommodate up to 80 people, so please feel free to contact us for tourist group inquiries.
Enjoy the marriage of seasonal Toyama vegetables and Wakatsuru's fine sake. For dinner, we offer a course meal that combines Japanese and Western techniques. Reservations are required and we accept only one group per day.
You can enjoy rare sake from Wakatsuru Sake Brewery by the glass.

- 【Notice Regarding Limited Menu Days】 We sincerely apologize, but due to special course meal reservations, the following four days will have a limited menu, and some regular lunch menu items will be suspended. October 2 (Fri) October 4 (Sun) October 13 (Tue) October 24 (Sat) 〈Available Menu Items〉 ・Roast Beef Bowl ・Roast Beef Salad ・Sake Lees Curry ・Roast Beef Curry Menu items that are not available (Japanese set meals and hamburger steak meals) cannot be ordered on the day, even for 'seat-only reservations'. Thank you for your understanding. 【Notes from the Restaurant】 1. Regarding time limits for seating During busy periods or when fully booked, seating is generally limited to 1 hour. ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ 2. Regarding no-show late arrivals If you do not contact us and are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation time on the day, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
