In response to customer requests, we have opened a takeout specialty store for grilled chicken in front of the restaurant!
The owner of the restaurant fell in love with the rich flavor and beautiful color of the yolks of the eggs, so he purchases them directly from a nearby chicken farm and carefully selects them. He also uses carefully selected domestic chickens, and is particular about each and every ingredient, sparing no time and effort in creating unique cooking methods that make the most of the goodness of each ingredient, to deliver a homemade taste.
We also serve three rich eggs and carefully selected domestic chicken, which is a generous amount. Our special oyakodon topped with egg yolk is a perennial favorite. The rich sauce made from our special dashi stock creates a deep flavor.
Carefully selected domestic chicken is skewered one by one in the store. The chicken is grilled in two stages, in the oven and over charcoal, so it is crispy on the outside and plump and juicy on the inside. Choose your favorite flavor from "Salt" which is marinated overnight in a special salt sauce and matured, or "Sauce" which is made by adding secret sauce over and over again. In addition to various types of grilled chicken, we also have a wide variety of other dishes such as fried chicken, popular crispy fried chicken skin, and rich egg rolls.
