We roast our own beans according to the type of coffee we use, and we always have around 10 different types of coffee beans available. All our coffee is brewed using a siphon, so it takes about 5 minutes from when we receive your order until it is served. The moderately sweet and refreshing cake goes perfectly with the rich, mild coffee. Coffee beans are also available for takeout.
