The secret to its popularity is the 'rich and delicious' specialty miso soup, crafted in pursuit of that first 'delicious' bite. We have relocated to the B1F of the Fukuoka Parco Main Building, with three times the space and seating capacity, including 9 counter seats that are easy for solo diners to use. The impressive Seven Lucky Gods decorative float creates a lively, food-stall atmosphere to welcome our guests.
Our proud offal is made using only domestically produced Wagyu beef, mainly from Kyushu. Please enjoy our top-quality offal, cut into 10g pieces, made using only the small intestines of young, fatty cows.
Not only motsunabe! You can enjoy dishes unique to Kyushu Hakata. The most popular item is the "Superb Fatty Horse Meat Sashimi" which is sourced directly from a farm in Kumamoto, the home of horse meat sashimi. The exquisite taste that melts in your mouth is so delicious that you will be addicted to it once you try it.
After shopping or before or after watching a movie, we offer a great value lunch set every day that includes popular dishes such as Hakata Motsunabe! We also have a counter so you can enjoy your meal by yourself!
We have a takeaway Hakata Motsunabe set that allows you to recreate the restaurant's flavor at home! It's easy to prepare, just add the soup and motsu to the pot! The vegetable set (1,080 yen including tax) is already cut, so all you have to do is add it to the pot! It comes with a final dish, so you're sure to be very satisfied★
