Our yakitori is made with fresh "Shingen chicken" slaughtered that morning. Among the many chicken dishes on the menu, our recommendation is the "Specialty! Premium Liver." The liver is grilled rare over charcoal and served with sesame oil and rock salt, just like raw liver. The skewers are reasonably priced at 100 yen, and you can only order two per person!
