Purebred Nagoya Cochin chickens are raised with strict standards, including a 120-day rearing period, low-calorie feed that changes as the chickens grow, and an environment for exercise. The chicken meat is slaughtered that morning and arrives the next day, so it's super fresh. Grilled skewers such as "Negima" and "Gizzard" are cooked over domestic charcoal until they are crisp on the outside and chewy and juicy on the inside. Enjoy with added sauce or Mongolian salt. "Ichitoriyaki," chicken thighs and onions coated in spicy miso, is also popular.
In addition to the grilled skewers, "Otsukuri" (sliced raw fish) such as chicken fillets, liver, and heart are also perfect as a sake snack. Our restaurant is located on the second floor of Kamiyacho Place, just before the T-junction after making a U-turn to the left from Kamiyacho Station Exit 2.
