Mentaiko, along with motsunabe, is one of Yamaya's signature dishes. It goes without saying that it is a well-known specialty. It is marinated in our specially selected "Takumi no tare" sauce for an incredible 168 hours (7 days). By allowing it to mature slowly, the "Takumi no tare" sauce permeates into the mentaiko! It's a must-try dish when you come to Yamaya!
