We serve our signature 'Dashi Shabu,' prepared with a traditional broth passed down from Kyoto, as part of a kaiseki course featuring seasonal dishes. We look forward to welcoming you to our elegant hideaway located in the back alleys of Nishi-Azabu. Ponzu sauce is the most common dipping sauce for shabu-shabu, but at our restaurant, we serve shabu-shabu with a special dashi soup stock that was born from the techniques of Japanese cuisine and is an essential part of Kyoto culture. Our style is to add plenty of green onions, which go well with pork, to the soup stock. You can have as much green onion as you like (with the exception of some menu items). Please enjoy the taste, which will definitely make you want to eat it again and again.
If you have gifts to take to guests for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, or business entertainment, we can store them in advance until the time you would like to hand them over so that they do not become a burden. We also offer courses in which each person has their own hot pot, such as the "Celebratory Kaiseki" course, which is perfect for meetings, and the "Four Seasons Kaiseki" course, which is easy to use for business entertainment. If you are using the restaurant for an important occasion, we can also accommodate a tour, so please feel free to contact us.
If you have allergies, religious reasons, dislikes, or other reasons for not being able to eat certain ingredients, we will change the course menu for you. We also have courses that do not contain animal ingredients available for vegan customers. We also have menus in foreign languages, and our staff can speak basic English, so customers from overseas can feel at ease.
All-you-can-drink can be added to your course menu for groups of four or more, depending on your preference. (Excluding some courses) Our staff will assist you with pouring drinks. There is no time limit, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about time. We offer a carefully selected lineup of alcoholic drinks. We also stock rare whiskeys and sake. Please enjoy a variety of fine alcoholic drinks along with your course menu.

- ・Cash is not accepted. *Cashless payment only. ・A 10% service charge will be applied. ・For reservations of 20 guests or more, a separate reservation confirmation document must be exchanged. ・Cancellation fees apply, including reductions in the number of guests. 9 guests or fewer: 100% on the day of the reservation. 10 guests or more: 50% 3 days prior, 80% the day before, 100% on the day of the reservation. ・This course may not be available for booking on certain dates and times. ・Menu items are subject to change based on availability. ・Images are for illustrative purposes only.
- Restaurant service charge (billed separately at the time of payment for dine-in): A 10% service charge will be applied for all days and all time slots. *The above information is for reference. The actual charges at the venue will take precedence.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before the scheduled time. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fees stated in the post-booking voucher will take precedence): On the day of the reservation: Lunch 2,000 JPY (tax included)/person, Dinner 5,000 JPY (tax included)/person. If the number of guests decreases on the day of the reservation, the above cancellation fee will be charged for each guest who does not attend.

If you need to change your order, please contact KKday customer service. However, please note that the decision on whether to allow changes to your order rests with KKday and the restaurant, so please fill out your order details carefully when placing your order.
Please ensure that the order details provided are correct. If there is any error in the order information, you will be responsible for any resulting loss of rights.
Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
