Goku Hana will be closed from the 20th to the 23rd. Instead, we will be operating at our affiliated restaurant, Goku Main Branch.
A charcoal-grilled yakitori specialty shop tucked away in the back alleys of Shimbashi. While maintaining a casual atmosphere, we take pride in our handmade dishes, focusing on menus that pair well with wine in addition to our yakitori. The 2nd floor features counter and table seating, primarily for small groups. The 3rd floor is exclusively for large groups and can be reserved privately for 13 or more guests. ※Please consult with us if you have fewer than 13 guests.
■Freshness: Chicken meat has a short maturation period, so freshness is key. Delivered every morning from a long-established butcher store. ■We are particular about salt and have tried all kinds of salt, carefully selecting smooth, mellow sea salt from Guérande, France, which brings out the flavor of the ingredients! ■We are also particular about charcoal, and by grilling with binchotan charcoal, the far-infrared effect makes the inside juicy and the surface crisp and fragrant. ■Goku's yakitori is a proud product that has been created through the passion, research, and daily efforts of our craftsmen.
Goku has been a yakitori specialty restaurant in Shinbashi for 20 years. Goku has been working with chickens wholeheartedly, and this time, after extensive research, they have released an original menu item based on the Korean dish "Dakhanmari." There are very few Dakhanmari restaurants in the Shinbashi and Ginza areas, but our restaurant is probably the only one where you can also eat yakitori at the same time!
"Gokuhana" is a hideaway space for adults who love skewers. In order to eliminate the anxiety and risk of eating and drinking with an unspecified number of people, we can accommodate small groups to rent out the entire floor! The Dakgalbi course, which can only be eaten in this space, has been very popular. Some people consider it as a place for year-end parties. Even in November, it is difficult to make reservations for December, so we recommend that you make your reservation early.

- We apologize, but for inconsiderate same-day cancellations, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, your phone number will be registered with the screening association, and you will be unable to make reservations at any of our group's restaurants. Additionally, for course meal reservations of 8 or more guests, a cancellation fee of 100% for same-day, 100% for the day before, 50% for 2 days before, and 30% for 3 days before will be charged.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
