Experience the legendary 'Hatahata' fish prized for its 'buriko' (eggs), authentic 'Damako Hot Pot', and the true charm of Akita right here at 'Hatahata Yashiki'. We have a kaiseki plan that is recommended for important dinner parties. All dishes are individually served, so please use it with your loved ones!
The female has eggs called "buriko" in her belly, and the highly prized and mythical fish "Hatahata" (sandfish). You can enjoy the deliciousness of this fish in Ginza. The firm flesh of the hatahata is a must-try.
We have a menu that will satisfy those who want to fully enjoy alcohol and Akita cuisine, such as "Akita brand sake tasting comparison". We also have a menu of soft drinks related to Akita, so whether you like alcohol or not, you can visit us with peace of mind.
