We use 100% beef offal and have been simmering it thoroughly in soup that has been added since the restaurant opened. It contains red wine as a secret ingredient, making it a perfect match with fragrant garlic toast. It is by far the most popular dish, with over 90% of orders coming in a set!
If you come to our restaurant, you should definitely try our specialty dish "100% Wagyu Beef Motsunabe"! It is one of our important recipes that we have been particular about. It is slowly simmered with the moisture of vegetables and a combination of miso. The ramen at the end of the meal, which you can enjoy with a soup full of umami, is also excellent! Please try this very popular menu made with four types of miso and a secret secret ingredient.
This is a genuine draft beer that is unfiltered and unheated and is only available at a select few approved establishments! This beer has a shelf life of only two days after opening the barrel and is only available at restaurants. Please enjoy this unique beer with live yeast, top-fermented, along with delicious food.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to come to the restaurant, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on the confirmation of your reservation): - We may cancel your reservation if we are unable to contact you. Please be aware of this in advance. - A fee of 3,000 yen (per person) will be charged for any time after 4 PM on the day of your reservation. - If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time, we will consider your reservation cancelled.
