- Speedboat Safety: Please wear a life jacket at all times and stay seated while the speedboat is moving. If you’re feeling seasick or have back discomfort, we recommend moving to a seat at the back of the boat.
- Parasailing: Please be careful during parasailing. After putting on the equipment, make sure to run together to minimize the risk of injury. Parasailing is not allowed if you have surgical marks or scars on your legs. Additionally, it is only available to individuals weighing up to 100 kg. In some cases, those who are underweight may also be restricted from participating.
- Banana Boat: Do not place your hands through the handles or towing harness, especially when the boat is turning. Always keep a safe distance from other boats, swimmers, and obstacles
- Jet Ski: For safety reasons, jet ski must be operated with a guide.
- Risk Acknowledgement: Participating in marine sports activities involves inherent risks. The organizers or related parties are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by careless during marine sports activities.

- Age Restrictions: For safety reasons, participants under 16 or over 60 years are advised to carefully consider the potential risks before participating in marine sports activities. They may be restricted from joining certain water sports on-site depending on weather and other conditions. In such cases, a partial refund will be provided for the activities that cannot be undertaken.
- Height Restrictions: Marine sports activities are available only for participants who are at least 120 cm in height.
- Children with a height of 141 cm or above will be charged at the adult rate.
- Free Entry: Children under 90 cm tall.

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
