Charges do not include the following items:
- Lunch
- Meals, experiences, and activities marked as self-care/self-pay
- All other personal expenses
- No charge applies for infants aged 0-2 years without an occupied seat, but please book according to the number of participants. If the actual number of people exceeds the number of booked seats on the day of departure, boarding will be refused, and no refund will be given
- Children over 3 years old are considered adults and charged accordingly
- One adult may travel with only one infant (under 3 years old)
Reminders
The minimum number of participants in this group is 8 people. If there are not enough people in the group, the event will be rescheduled or cancelled.
This tour starts and ends in Sapporo
If the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival or Tomamu Snow Village cannot be visited due to force majeure events, such as adverse weather conditions (e.g., melting ice sculptures or ice villages due to high temperatures, or highway closures due to heavy snowfall), the event will be canceled. In the case of cancellation, the itinerary will be adjusted to include visits to the Todaibutsuden or the Ice and Snow Park, along with activities like sledding or snowmobiling
The tour guide will adjust the itinerary or the order of visiting attractions based on the road and weather conditions of the day and may shorten or cancel the visit time at some attractions if necessary

④請務必準時到達集合地點，以免對其他團友造成不公。
⑤本公司會以交通安全最優先作安排，但至今因天氣而取消行程的機會其實少於5%。
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
