Bistro BISTRO CARLOS is known for its hearty homemade menu. The Angus beef Carlos steak served on a piping hot iron plate is thick and rare, with plenty of meaty flavor. We also have a wide selection of Mexican dishes that go well with alcohol, such as tacos and nachos! Enjoy a drink such as wine, highball, or beer, carefully selected from around the world. Please feel free to use our restaurant for a variety of occasions, from solo diners to large and small parties, second bars, and private events.
Enjoy the juicy and tender "Angus beef" with a good balance of lean and marbling, thick and rare, with plenty of meaty flavor! The residual heat from the hot iron plate will cook it thoroughly◎ Seasoning is simple, just salt and pepper. Enjoy it with our homemade sour cream, salsa mexicana, and special steak sauce♪
We offer a wide variety of dishes, including our famous "Taco Rice", "Tacos" and "Nachos", which are perfect as a meal or as a snack to go with your drink. When you enter the restaurant, you will find a cozy space with a warm wood grain motif. This casual bistro has a handmade feel, with blackboard art hand-painted by artists and impromptu murals. There are 8 counter seats and 36 tables. We offer delicious food, a wide selection of drinks, and staff who are knowledgeable about meat, so you will be warmly welcomed!
We recommend the wines selected by our sommelier. You can choose from Japanese wines, natural wines, and more, depending on your tastes and mood! It goes without saying that meat and red wine go well together... Tapas and wine are also welcome. We have a wide selection of reasonably priced bottles and glasses, so please feel free to stop by.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
