This proud sauce is topped with carefully selected Japanese Black beef sourced from all over the country. And it's not just the quality of the meat. With the discerning eye we have developed over many years of business and close communication with wholesalers, we purchase the best quality Japanese Black beef from all over the country. The sauce that brings out the best flavor of this carefully selected beef is the essence of Jukoen. It is a completely original, carefully calculated secret sauce that develops an addictive flavor and richness when slightly charred.
All of our meat is never frozen and is hand-cut after an order is placed. By cutting the meat by hand, we can create a more beautiful cross section and cut it to fit the shape of each piece of meat. This also has the advantage of allowing us to serve the meat in a fresher state. This is a technique that only a craftsman can do.
With over 30 different types of meat on the menu alone, you can enjoy authentic yakiniku. In addition to the classics such as kalbi, tongue, and loin, we also offer rare meats such as zabuton, misuji, and fillet, as well as meats that are not available at regular yakiniku restaurants. Please come and try the different meats.
Although it is not a closed room, we have private rooms where you can talk in a relaxed atmosphere. Reservations are also possible. (For table seats, priority will be given to elderly customers.)

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
