We offer dishes that cherish traditional Japanese flavors while incorporating modern arrangements. You can enjoy our seasonal Gozen and Kaiseki courses. We also serve sushi and tempura prepared by specialty chefs. We have a wide selection of sake from all over Japan, so please enjoy them with your meal. Our open-style restaurant features counter seating, table seating, and fully private rooms. It is suitable for a wide range of occasions, such as business entertainment or dates. Spend a pleasant time looking out at the greenery from our large windows.
While treasuring the flavors of traditional Japanese cuisine, we incorporate modern arrangements and new ingredients into our dishes. For lunch, we offer "Shimizu Komachi" and "Shikisai Gozen," as well as "Shimizu Gozen," where you can enjoy sushi from the attached specialty restaurant and a dish made by a tempura chef. For dinner, we offer "Shimizu Kaiseki" and "Botan Kaiseki," as well as a "prix fixe course" where you can choose from several types of hot dishes and meals. Please enjoy the bounty of the seasons, presented in an ingenious way.
At Washoku Shimizu, you can enjoy a comfortable time while gazing at the greenery from the large windows and forgetting the hustle and bustle of the city. The high ceilings create an open and spacious space. The restaurant is equipped with counter seats, widely spaced tables, and fully private rooms for 2 to 6 people. The private rooms have no windows, so they are very private. Enjoy Japanese cuisine and drinks made with seasonal ingredients with Tokyo Tower as a backdrop. The restaurant can be used for a wide range of purposes, including business meetings, entertaining, family outings, and dates.
We offer about 10 types of sake carefully selected from all over Japan. We are proud of our rich lineup, from dry to fruity, recommended for women and those who are not familiar with sake. You can choose from three sizes: glass, 1 gou, and 2 gou, depending on your needs. We also have a wide selection of shochu, wine, whiskey, non-alcoholic drinks, etc., so please enjoy your favorite drink.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
