If you are coming by car to the meeting point at Tsukuba Station South 2 Parking Lot, parking is free of charge, but you must apply in advance. Please contact us at least two days before departure. Please note that neither our company nor Tsukuba Station South 2 Parking Lot will be held responsible for any thefts, accidents, etc. that occur in the parking lot.
In order to avoid traffic restrictions and congestion before the fireworks start, we may ask you to arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare. Therefore, you may be asked to wait until the fireworks start.
You may have to walk approximately 15-30 minutes from the parking lot to the viewing area for the fireworks.
As this is an all-inclusive group arrangement, we cannot accommodate requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical reasons. Please prepare your own meals. We also do not provide refunds for meals or allow meals to be taken away.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
