The round trip Shinkansen train is scheduled to be the 「Kodama」, but depending on logistical reasons, it may be the 「Hikari」 instead.

This course has a capacity of 46 people, so guests attending in odd numbers will generally be seated with others.

This course involves a lot of walking and stairs. Please wear comfortable shoes. (At Shimonada Station, it is about 1.5 km from the parking lot to the station. There are 150 stairs to the entrance at Innoshima Suigun Castle.)

When entering the Dogo Onsen Main Building, if it is crowded, numbered tickets will be distributed and you may not be able to bathe during your stay. *The bathing fees are to be paid by each customer individually.

The itinerary may change depending on the departure date.

As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal plan for reasons other than allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical reasons. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for such requests. Also, we do not allow meals to be taken away due to hygiene reasons.

Please be aware that the departure and arrival times of the train you use will be according to the specific train and car number designated by our company. Since tours are arranged as a group, depending on the number of participants, the train's seat arrangement, and seat availability, your seats may be split or you may be asked to share seats with other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Children's rates are the same as adult rates.

If you are traveling with an infant, they will not be counted in the number of people for the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant," please select a room for 2 people, and if you are traveling with "2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant," please select a room for 3 people.)

For infants (ages 3-5), 13,000 yen (incl. tax) will be charged for bus seating and hotel facility usage. Meals, bedding, etc. are not included, and JR fares are not included. If meals, bedding, JR seats, etc. are required, child fares (same as adults) will apply.

Room assignments will be entrusted to our company. In principle, one room will be assigned per group of 1 to 4 people.

If you are booking for 3 or more people, you may need to use an extra bed.

If you wish to bring on board the Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, or Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen with luggage whose total dimensions exceed 160cm (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose total dimensions exceed 250cm cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on the train, so we ask that you divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.

Please note that for tours of the Hakata Salt factory, the production line may be stopped on the day of the tour due to production schedules.

Lunch on the second day will be a late lunch at around 1:45 p.m.
