Blue Sky Sports may cancel or reschedule the reservation without prior notice under any of the following circumstances (we will notify you immediately once any of the following conditions are met):

• The number of participants in any group session is less than 8 people.
• When the typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the scheduled time, the event will be postponed.
• If the Observatory declares Typhoon No. 3 or above during the course/trip, the activity will be terminated immediately.
• When a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is declared 2 hours before the booked time slot, the booked activity will be postponed.
• If a Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is declared during the course/journey, the activity will be terminated immediately.
• If our instructor determines that the water conditions are unsafe, our instructor has the right to decide whether to cancel or continue the course. All students are expected to follow the instructions of their instructors. No swimming is allowed without permission.

Subject to the above conditions, refunds/rescheduling can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
