A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date

On the day of boarding, please complete the boarding procedures at least 20 minutes before departure. After that, we will guide you on board in order of reservation 10 minutes before departure. Please note that if you have not completed the procedures by that time, you may not be able to board the ship.

The boat will be open, but if it is decided to hold the fireworks display, it will operate even in rainy weather. If rain is forecast, please prepare your own raincoat in advance (umbrellas are allowed, but if there is wind, your knees and feet may get wet). If the fireworks display or the operation itself is canceled due to bad weather, the representative who applied will be contacted by email or phone (depending on the timing of the organizer's decision, we may contact you just before departure).

Departure and return times may vary depending on the congestion at the pier.

Please bring drinking water to prevent heatstroke. We also recommend wearing a hat or using a parasol to protect yourself from the sun.

We may ask you to move seats to allow elderly or physically disabled people to sit in their preferred seats, or to allow other customers to sit with their companions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The toilets are located at the rear of the ship, so if you need to use the toilet, we recommend that you sit at the rear of the ship. Also, please use a toilet on the subway or other public transport before boarding the ship.

If the fireworks display is canceled due to sudden bad weather after the start of the fireworks display, there will be no refunds.

Depending on the number of reservations, the boat used may be changed to a covered tatami-mat boat (with an outdoor deck) that can accommodate 12 people.

During operation, when other ships pass by, the wake created by those ships may cause the boat you are on to rock.

We are not responsible for any baggage or personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Please be sure to take care of them yourself during the tour.
