- Travelers below 12 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times
- Free admission for toddlers aged under 4 when sitting on guardians' laps. If there are more toddlers than guardians, a child rate will apply and proof of age is required
- Please provide an active and reachable contact number when booking in the event of an emergency
- Please be sure you select the correct pick-up point when booking. You will only be picked up from where you depart
- Bookings canceled prior to 24 hours before the tour starts will be fully refunded. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- This tour will cross the border between the USA and Canada. Each traveler is required to have a passport and all appropriate documentation before boarding their bus for the tour. Please ensure all documents are valid to use
- The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided

Visiting Niagara Falls is a multi-sensory experience. It's recommended to bring an extra pair of shoes, and a waterproof bag to keep your belongings dry
Guests should be dressed appropriately for the weather. Boots, gloves, hats, and a warm coat are strongly recommended during the winter months
Guests should expect to perform approximately 2 miles of walking intermittently throughout the duration of the tour. Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
