- Customers will receive a 12-digit voucher code during the booking which you need to enter on the VCC website, personalize the card and select the preferred option
- Print-at-Home Ticket (must be printed): PDF will be emailed to customers
- Mobile App Ticket: Activation Code for Mobile App Ticket will be emailed to the customers and must be entered into the IVIE App
If customers you have an IVIE app on their phone, you can enter the 12-digit voucher code directly into the IVIE app and proceed with redemption via the app - About the Add-on options (HOP ON HOP OFF/CAT-Train), you can book additionally at the place below:

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
- The public transportation ticket in the Vienna City Card is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours, or 7 days from activation, depending on the option chosen. Discounts can be used for 7 days after the card activation, regardless of the selected option.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
