Please note that there is no guide, but an English-speaking assistant will be with you.
Reservations cannot be made for children not occupying seats (age 4 and under).
When on board, please observe proper etiquette and follow the instructions of staff to board safely.
People who fail to observe proper boarding etiquette may be denied boarding.
Trains are the only means of transportation to the site; other means are not permitted.
This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.
Please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks into the ship.
Please note that bringing large luggage during the tour is not allowed.
We recommend that you use public transportation as the area in and around Osaka Tenmangu Shrine will be very crowded.
The festival will be held during hot weather. Be careful of suffering from heat strokes or dehydration.

In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the ship.
Please refrain from standing up while the ship is in motion.
If you accidentally leave any belongings on the ship, please be aware that they will be disposed of.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
