This ticket must be exchanged for a regular ticket at the ticket office at the base of the mountain before boarding. (It cannot be purchased at the summit station.)
Please note that we cannot offer refunds after purchase for reasons attributable to the customer.
If you come by car, a separate parking fee will be charged.
Guests coming by bus or similar large vehicle must make a reservation in advance as parking spaces are limited. If you do not make a reservation, you may be refused entry.
Bringing explosives, flammable liquids, and items that give off odors is prohibited.
The ropeway will be suspended in the event of strong winds or other bad weather. In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the site, etc.
The ropeway may be closed due to inspections, renewal work, etc. Please check the website in advance.
As of April 1, 2024, the entrance to Nihon-ji Temple (including Hell View), which is adjacent to the ropeway summit station, will close at 15:00 and the gates will be closed at 16:00. If you are heading towards Nihon-ji Temple, please be aware of the ropeway boarding times.
Regarding pets, small dogs weighing less than 10kg may ride with you by paying an additional fee, but pets weighing more than 10kg are not allowed on board.
