1. Use the VIP ticket QR code to enter the event through the Higashi-Otemon Gate and enjoy the exhibits at your leisure.
2. Please arrive at the reception desk located at 'Higashi-bashi Bridge near the Inner Moat inside Nijo-jo Castle' no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. Provide the representative's name used for the purchase and the number of tickets to the staff to complete the check-in process.
3. It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk from the 'Higashi-Otemon Gate' to the reception desk at 'Higashi-bashi Bridge near the Inner Moat inside Nijo-jo Castle'.
