- Participants must be 18 years of age. Each person jumping must sign a waiver and assumption of risk agreement. A parent or guardian may NOT sign waivers for a minor
- Weight limit of 230 lbs ( 104 kilograms )for men and 215 lbs ( 97 kilograms ) for women. If you are slightly more than the weight limit your instructor may approve you on a case-by-case basis. Weight limits are based on total weight limitations of the skydiving equipment by Technical Standard Orders issued by the Federal Aviation Administration
- All participants must be voluntary. If you have any physical illness or discomfort, please consult your doctor before deciding whether to participate
- No personal cameras can be taken by the passenger nor the instructor. If you would like to document the memories, please add media package to record your experience
- Please note that your chosen date may be unavailable. Please make sure to provide back-up sessions when booking and keep an eye on messages from customer service

Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please do not drink alcoholic beverages for at least 8 hrs before skydiving and do not take part in any diving activities 24 hrs before skydiving
Guests must arrive at the attraction at least 30 minutes early and sign a waiver and risk assumption agreement
Please note that activity duration and traffic information are for reference only. The itinerary may be affected by weather-related circumstances. The supplier will be in touch with you the night before your scheduled jump to relay the forecast for the next day. For the safety purpose, The supplier reserves the right to adjust, cancel, extend, or shorten the schedule. Please ask the on-site staff for the latest itinerary
For identity and age verification, you must bring a valid ID with your date of birth stated such as driver’s license, state ID or Passport
Have a sweater or jacket handy. It is typically 30 degrees colder at altitude and can feel chilly depending on the season and time you jump
Bring smart phone or have access to one for the completion of waiver form
Wear comfortable clothes such as athletic or workout attire. Close-toed shoes are a requirement; no sandals allowed. Boots that have open metal lace-hooks are also prohibited. Wear your contacts instead of glasses
The supplier will be in touch with you the night before your scheduled jump via email or call to relay the forecast for the next day. Please pay attention to the messages from the supplier. Travellers are recommended to contact the supplier to check and confirm the tour details if they do not contact you

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
