Opened in 1951, Lung Wah Hotel was the first hotel to open in Sha Tin after the war and one of the only garden hotels in Hong Kong. In 1985, the hotel transformed itself into a restaurant and became famous for its signature dish, braised pigeon, which attracted many dignitaries and celebrities. The restaurant is decorated in a unique garden style. Tasting the famous squab and nostalgic Cantonese cuisine is truly a collective memory of Hong Kong people.
