Surcharge(s)
Pick-Up/Drop-Off Points at Sentosa
For trips to Sentosa, an additional charge of SGD 2 per person applies (payable directly to the driver on-site). However, if the driver drops you off at Cable Car Sentosa or Universal Studios Casino, no surcharge will be required
Night Surcharge
It will have an SGD 10 night surcharge fee for the pickup time between 10:00 pm to 6:59 am
Kid booster seats
SGD 10 for each, only 3 Person sedans and six-seater can require add-on, subject to availability
Reminders
For each pickup, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If passengers are not ready within this period, additional charges will apply
Luggage Storage: Customers cannot leave their luggage in the vehicle while visiting the attraction due to safety and security concerns. They must take their belongings with them

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
