If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will not be conducted.
Children under the age of 3 are not allowed to ride. (Children aged 4 and over can ride with a guardian.)

Reminders
In the event of wind and rain, ash fall, or other bad weather that hinders safe operation, or if warnings or warnings are issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency, we may suspend or cancel operation at our discretion.
When it rains, we will give you a raincoat. The roof may be closed on the way, or the service may be canceled.
Wind and rain, tree sap, ash fall, bird droppings, etc. may get wet or stain your clothing.
No refunds will be given for stopovers due to personal reasons.
All seats are on the second floor without a roof (reserved seats). Please take measures against sunburn, heat stroke, and cold protection according to the temperature and climate.
Please be careful not to let your baggage be blown away.
Please do not touch the branches and leaves of roadside trees that enter through the roof opening of the bus.
Please be careful when going up and down the stairs when getting on and off. Especially when it rains, it becomes very slippery.
Passengers with children must hold hands and board and sit together.
Please act according to the instructions of the staff in any case.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
