- Would you like to experience an adventure SUP tour at the "mysterious lake <Lake Myojin>" located 5 minutes by car from "Roadside Station Kumagawa-juku"?
- We are the only company licensed to operate on the dam lake.
- Regarding safety: Rest assured that there will be no accidents caused by vessel navigation or other operators, or accidents where you will be swept offshore due to sudden currents (rip currents, etc.) or strong winds.

If the guide determines that it is impossible to continue due to natural conditions, the activity may be canceled midway. In that case, we will not refund the fee. (Including the cost of rental equipment) However, if it is decided to cancel before departure, a full refund will be given. (Including rental equipment fee)
For showers, please use the nearby Refreste Yamabiko day-trip hot spring bathing facility. (3 minutes by car) Day trip bathing is available for @600 yen from 7:00 to 18:00.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
