This is a shared tour, you will ride with other tourists. If the number of people in the group is less than 4, if 2~3 people sign up, each person can pay the difference of NTD500 (pay the difference in cash on site)
The total number of participants will be notified 3 days before departure.
Infants under 2 years old are not included in the calculation of the 4-person group size

Since advance reservations are required for the Custard Apple Orchard, placing an order does not necessarily mean that the order is established. The order is only confirmed upon receipt of the receipt.
Reminders
The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled or the difference of NT$500 per person will be paid. The cancellation notice will be issued 3 days before the departure date.
If part of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic and weather, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund for you.
The on-board service staff is the driver and tour guide, and there will be guided explanations throughout the journey.
For combined service, we may pick up and drop off at different locations. The pick-up time will be notified 1 day before departure.
The driving time stated in the itinerary is for reference only. The itinerary sequence may be changed depending on road conditions or the large number of tourists on holidays.
This tour is a combined tour and pets are not allowed (service dogs are allowed but must be noted in the order).
If a restaurant or attraction is closed, it will be replaced with another of the same level.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 22 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
